These terms cover your use of Local Reviews Reply at localreviewsreply.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.

What the Service does

The Service uses artificial intelligence to suggest written replies to customer reviews. Suggestions may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing any reply before you post it and for anything you publish.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to write fake reviews, harass anyone, break the rules of any review platform, or break the law. Don't try to overload, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service. We may limit or block use that looks abusive.

Paid plans

If we offer paid plans, prices and billing terms will be shown before you buy. Payments are processed by Stripe, which may act as the merchant of record and handle sales tax, receipts and billing questions. You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Local Reviews Reply is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms.
