This policy explains what information Local Reviews Reply collects and how it's used.

What we collect

Text you submit. When you use the reply tool, the review text and details you enter (like your business name) are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate a reply. We don't store this text in a database, and we don't use it for advertising.

Basic technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and request details to deliver the site and prevent abuse. We may keep short-lived logs that don't include the review text.

Saved on your device. The tool can remember your business name and type in your own browser so you don't have to retype them. This stays on your device.

Payments. If you buy a paid plan, Stripe collects and processes your payment details. We don't see or store your full card number.

Email. If you email us, we keep your message so we can reply.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use advertising trackers.

Service providers

Cloudflare (hosting), Anthropic (AI), Stripe (payments) and Google (email). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete any information we hold about you by emailing support@localreviewsreply.com. The Service isn't intended for children under 13.

We'll update the date above if this policy changes.
